Title of the painting is  "Love Song". Before Arbe arrived in America, he was a member of the young artists of the USSR. His work is on display everywhere in hotels, theatres and government buildings in the USSR. In 1984, he became a US citizen and his artwork and notoriety has been rising since. In 1997 his artwork was selected for the Los Angeles Art Expo. This painting is in excellent condtion. The original frame has some minor chips, but for the most part is in hanging condtion.
