The other artist is E. Seinllr?. This one is signed D. McCollum. I bought these together at the Rose Bowl Flea market from the same vendor many years ago and they appear to have been owned by the same person at one time as the gold frames and mattes match as a pair although the frames are slightly different (both gilded wood) and the backs are closed in the same manner with tiny nails. They don't appear to have been opened since the framing and I've never messed around with them. I haven't found these artists listed in my limited search so I'm sure someone out there knows more than me and I would welcome any info you'd care to share. The frames each have a few tiny knicks in the finish on the edges from several moves but the paintings, mattes and glass are in excellent condition. The frames could be easily touched up with gold paint. This one measures just over 16 " by 12 1/4" overall and the visible painting (matte opening) measures 11" x 7". There is a slightly darker amber hue in the middle left of the phots but that is just a reflection of me taking the pic.
