GIACOMETTI ' Description This auction is for the absolutely wonderful LARGE SOLID BRONZE BUST.  The sculpture has great detailing, typical to the artist, and boasts absolutely amazing deep brown patina.  It carries a signature "A.Giacometti"  on the back of the bronze base (picture #8). The sculpture was acquired from a private seller without any documentation.  Therefore, I do feel it only sensible to offer this piece as "attributed to", remaining a piece, however, deserving of further research.  It must be looked upon as very speculative as this artist can fetch huge results at auction.  Listed in original as in obtained condition and sold as is.  Measures: The item is 16-1/2" high total.  The bronze base is about:  4-1/2"  X  4-1/2"  X  2-1/2".   I guarantee that this is a 100% solid bronze sculpture and the pictures below are actual of the item you are bidding on.  Please e-mail me with any questions you might have before the bidding and I will respond ASAP.  Payment: I accept check(s), money order, PayPal.
