Randsom Keith created this metal etching honoring the CHicago Bears in their SUPERBOWL appearance in 06. THis piece was headlined on every edition of the POST TRIBUNE in Indiana on the front page and with a detailed article inside. This piece was mentioned on the Channel 5 news as a story on the Chicago Gold Coast Art Fair out of thousands of works this was the piece talked about. This original metal etching was made by hand and took the artist well over 150 hours of tedious work. Made with sandpaper and a needle Randsom Keith etches over 500,000 tiny scratches to form this image. He finishes the piece by inlaying silver, bronze, copper, and patina tones. This is a very large and heavy piece that is sized 52" high by 40" wide and is framed in a beautiful silver frame with hand signed matting. The piece is signed by Randsom Keith and Randsom will sign it to the new owner on back. Randsom is well noted for his original technique of etching he uses and has done some major pieces for some major people.
