This is for sure one of a kind all hand made and original. This exact house is published in the March Emerling's 1991 country diary. The house measures 24" wide by 24" long by 26" tall to the top of the roof by 28" to the top of the chimney. The house is not a dollhouse because the roof does not come off. It is not a bird house because there is no clean out door. It is a true piece of folk art !! The inside is GREAT. There is wall paper on the walls. There is a finished staircase that goes to the second floor. The windows have glass with blinds and curtains. It has rooms, hallways and doorways. There are two missing pieces of window glass. There are three doors that open so I could take pictures of the inside. The roof is covered with a green oil cloth type of paper. There are two wonderful porches on the front of the house with super detailing. This is truly a  FANTASTIC piece of American Folk Art that would certainly be a GRAND addition to any collection.
