ka_murf Store Fabulous Demetre H. Chiparus Sculpture Fabulous Demetre H. Chiparus Sculpture This beautiful patinated and enameled Bronze sculpture measures 18 3/4 inches tall, and weighs 63 pounds. Demetre H. Chiparus, born in Romania in 1886 and traveled to Paris before WWI . He exhibited at the Salon in 1914. Most of his sculptures were of dancers from the Russian Ballet and French Theatre. Demetre H. Chiparus was born in 1886 and lived 1947. I am unsure of the title of this beautiful sculpture. This is in excellent condition and is from a private collection in Palm Beach, Florida. (FSF502). This is being offered with Local Pick-up preferred.
