Description
Released December 18, 1966 this original production cell is a rare piece of animation history created and hand signed by the world renowned Chuck Jones. Very few pieces exist that bare this famous signature and note the seal of authenticity from his daughter Linda Jones. An absolute rare find in excellent condition, beautifully mounted and framed. This item has been in my family for over 20 years. . How the Grinch Stole Christmas was my absolute favorite book as a child, given to me by my favorite aunt (whom I named my daughter after) and while I cannot control who wins this amazing piece of history, I truly hope that it will be someone with a comparable fondness for this story and the time in history that it represents.
