Howard Finster Painted China Plate RARE   Original Painting. VERY RARE and unusual.   Signed on Front and Back   Measures 10 inches in Diameter   Howard would make these mountians by rubbing his thumb in various colors and then white and rub in the colors. This was done in enamel paint. The black  was drawn in with black sharpie once the paint was dry. Howard showed me this technique any times.   On the back signed and dated June 11, 1992, 24.000.736 works 7:49 PM I was a friend of Howard’s and purchased this piece on one of my visits to see him .   This was displayed at a one man show for Howard at the Columbia Museum of Art.   The buyer will receive a brochure an copy of the review of this exhibition.   This is in original Excellent condition as received from Howard.
