The set of two books was the first edition of a limited publication authored by the painter. It also bears a lot of important notes (inscriptions) by Chiang Kai-shek. In the recent years (2006-2007), a few single copies, I mean one of the two books, were presented to the market for sale, but not a complete set has ever appeared in the market. Therefore, this set might be a rare valuable object.   These book open from the right and are tri-fold with carved bone clasp, 2 per book. One clasp has the tip broken, but I have both pieces.  The pages are folded with the fold on the outside making them double layered.  The actual size is 11.5 X 15.5 when closed and 15.5 X 36 open!
