Very good condition  Description:This stunning and incredibly captivating piece by Joan Miró is one which inspires the imagination and transforms our perception of reality. A central figure dominates the composition with two, seemingly characteristic eyes, one red and one blue. Again, Miró's use of primary color serves as the perfect complement to his bold, black strokes that outline the shapes and figures. Unique to the print itself, is the textured Carborundum which has been meticulously applied, giving the work an added three-dimensional quality unlike any other print produced during this period. Created in 1969, this original color etching & aquatint with Carborundum is hand signed by Joan Miró (1893 - 1983) in pencil in the lower right. Annotated 'H.C.' (hors commerce) in pencil in the lower left aside from an edition of 75. Printed by Arte Adrien Maeght, Paris on Arches paper and published by Maeght éditeur, Paris.
