This painting is an early work of his done while he was a student in Chicago during  the 70s. How I know this much is because when I found the painting it had a Chicago gallery lable on the back. Unfortunately that lable is no longer with the painting. All I can remember about the lable was the gallery had two names in its title, the work was priced at $800.00, and the title of the painting was I believe  "Autumns Glow". Dean Fisher now lives Connecticut and paints primarily portraits. Painting depicts a young girl seated in a stuffed chair in front of a picture window. A large tree is outside the window that is in its peak fall color of  yellow, which cascades into the room giving off a nice warm mellow glow. The use of light is especially nice on the wood floor and oriental carpet. Painting is oil on canvas that measures 14"x18". Frame measures 181/2"x 221/2". Work is singed "DEAN FISHER" in lower right corner. Condition is excellant with no apologies. Thanks for looking. Place a Bid!
