I have the Original Information board that tells what was going to be raffled.  It Says  WILL BE RAFFLED TONIGHT THIS ORIGINAL WATERCOLOR --VALUE $400.00.. BY WATERCOLORIST--JADE FON--RATED AMONG TOP TEN IN U.S,A. Framed picture is approx. 21 1/2' by 28 1/2'.---watercolor itself is 21 1/2" by 14 1/2".  I believe he won it in the late 70s.  It is in wonderful condition.
