This painting belonged to a Columbia University professor who gave it to his grandaughter as an act of LOVE.  She lived in Corpus Christ, TX and gave it to her boy friend as an act of LOVE. I purchased the painting from the ex boy friend in Alma, AR. He told me that he believed the artist was the girl's grandfather, who had been a Professor at Columbia. I believe that the artist was Winston Churchill and not the Columbia University professor.
