This drawing is unsigned.I purchased this pen and ink drawing 20 years ago in an Oakland California shop with an assortment of other drawings, this was the only one that stood out and that I saved. The shop was within walking distance of the Kaiser Center. It now appears to me that it is an original design from Frank Hershey for Kaiser Aluminum. Frank Hershey is most famous for his work at Ford for designing the 1955 Thunderbird.  Henry Kaiser had Frank Hershey design a group of cars for him in 1958 which were used in advertising to sell the idea of aluminum cars to the American public and the auto industry. Since Kaiser had discontinued U.S. auto production I don't believe these designs where ever meant to be produced. I've included 2 of the other designs to show what the finished ads looked like.
