He belongs to the generation of the War of Independence. Studied at the Haifa Marine School. Emmanuel worked on the sea for over 50 years, on Ocean voyages and other Journeys as a Captain, Pilot, Supervisor, and Marine Consultant. Emmanuel is a Born Sculptor, studied at the "Bezalel Academy" in Jerusalem, (1946- 47) and specialized in Marble & Stone sculpting in Pietra Santa – Italy.   Highlights * 1974-1981 Individual and group exhibits in Dusseldorf & Koln, At the Hammer Galleries in NY and at the Society of painters & Sculptors in Tel Aviv. * 1990 The monument:  Holocaust and Revival is placed at the Tel Aviv University Campus. * 1991 "The Throne" Sculpture is placed at the Tel Aviv University Sculpture Garden.   "The Sculptures "Form" & "Couple" were placed in the city of Raanana. *1993 *The International Biennale of Sculpting at Toyamura, Japan.
