This etching is of Cloth Hall Yves, Belgium which was done early on in his career. He was born 1874-1935. He was an etcher of architectural subjects and landscapes. His largest collection of works is in the British Museum, London.  This work can be shipped without the glass, matte and frame. Which is is poor condition. The etching looks in good condition.
