Max's Use of Color and images taken from his childhood in China and Tibet define the the Decade of Peace and Love. This Amazing Serigraph was purchased directly from the printer of Max's early works and was kept in storage for the first 30 yrs of it's life. The colors look as if they just came off the screen yesterday. This piece is the rarest of the rare of Max's serigraphs with a total print run of only 100 piece plus 10 printers proofs! This piece is HC III (Printers Proof #3), signed and numbered in pencil. This piece is signed "ZEN MAX", HOW AWESOME IS THAT! Peter Max only Signed Zen Max for a brief 12 mth period between 1970 and 1971. It is the largest of the early Max Serigraphs 22x30 as well as being the most limited in quantity!!!
