Purchased from a very elite estate sale. In mint condition. Measures approx. 2 1/2" by 1 3/4". It has a box and insert for it that looks it was made for this beautiful hand. Very nice original patina. It is attached to the insert, and has never been removed from it. See photos and you can see it has four gold notches holding it in place on the insert.
