I am a first time homeowner and was not aware of the ins and outs and the loop holes in the fine print in my insurance and we got no help on that end.  All of the extra money went toward cleaning supplies, beds and clothing for the kids.  I included several pictures of what the rooms look like now, they are clean but a mess at the same time.  My youngest sleeps with me because she is afraid of her room.  (She says it's spooky).  None of them have friends over because they are embarrassed by how their rooms are.  Your bid buys you a picture as I stated earlier. I will print the picture to the size wanted up to and 8x10. It is going to take me between $3000-4000 to fix these rooms (there are three of them).  I will retain the shipping addresses of all bidders so  I can ship a picture of the rooms as they are completed and the children would also like to include a surprise of their own for all of the bidders.  Thanks for bidding.
