Description
The Smoker Temple of the Cross, Palenque Mexico      This aged diety of the West, "God L" has been identified as an important Underworld and War God.  He appears on the sanctuary jamb of the Temple of the Cross smoking tobacco and wearing a jaguar cloak and headdress made of feathers from the mythical Mayan Moan bird.      This rubbing is made by stretching cloth over a mahogany tablet carved with the Mayan reproduction.  Oil paint is then applied by and over the carved area.      Included is the back matting for framing.  This piece is absolutely gorgeous with no flaws.  It is imported from Guatemala.      Unframed the size is 37 1/2" by 69".  It is absolutely beautiful, especially when framed.    Money back guarantee if not completely satisfied.  Email as soon as possible and return within 7 business days for a refund.  Buyer responsible for all postage.
