The panel dimensions are 10x13 inches.  My wife  starts this kind of art from the begining with a plain aluminum sheet, so she does everything by hand, like making a drawing on it then pushing from the  back of the design to have the embossed finish like you see it on the picture.   The panel is made of a strong aluminum laminate sheet.  We do customized panels like your pets pictures,home,car anything you have on mind just contact me with you question and picture to let you know if is possible to created will do our best just ask for it .
